h3. !! Please note the following sections from the MP Regulations !!
2.1. A MP-t számítógépen nyomtatva kell beadni. Terjedelme 30,000-46,000 karakter szóközök nélkül (ez kb. 6000-9000 szó másfeles sorközű oldalakon, melybe nem tartozik bele az elemezni kívánt szöveg bemutató jellegű hosszabb idézése) + összefoglalás (abstract) + apparátus. A dolgozat bibliográfiája legalább tíz szakirodalmi tételt tartalmazzon, melyből legalább egy folyóirat publikáció. // The MP must be submitted computer-printed. It must be 30-46 thousand characters in length without spaces (this amounts to approx. 6000-9000 words with 1.5 spacing, and does not include lengthy illustrative quotations from the text to be analysed) in addition to an abstract, notes, appendices, and a bibliography. The bibliography for the MP must contain at least ten items of relevant specialized literature, of which at least one must be a periodical article.
2.2. A dolgozat az Angol-Amerikai Intézet által elfogadott Style Sheet útmutatásának megfelelően készüljön. // The MP must be written in accordance with the instructions in the Style Sheet adopted by the Institute of English and American Studies.
2.3. A MP-t kettő példányban kell leadni az Intézeti Irodában a megadott határidőre. A dolgozathoz mellékelni kell annak elektronikus szövegváltozatát floppy vagy CD lemezen (Word 97 által olvasható formátumban). A dolgozat file elnevezését a lemezen is fel kell tüntetni, a következő formában: név.szak.dátum (pl. NagyKatalin.Eng.2005.12.25 vagy NagyEndre.Am.2006.06.25). A dolgozatot elektromos formában, az értékelésekkel együtt, az Intézet öt évig archiválja. // The MP must be submitted in two copies to the office of the Secretary of the Institute by the official deadline. The electronic version of the MP must also be enclosed on a floppy disc (in a format readable by Word 97). The name of the file should also be indicated on the disc in the following format: name.major.date (e.g. BrownRobert.Eng.2005.12.25 or Brown Robert.Am.2006.06.25). One copy of the paper, together with the evaluations, will be held in the electronic archives of the Institute for five years.
2.4. A MP beadását nem lehet elhalasztani. A határidő elmulasztása esetén a MP érdemjegye automatikusan elégtelen, és az újbóli beadásra csak mint utóvizsga van lehetőség. // Submission of MPs cannot be postponed. A failure to meet the deadline shall result in an automatic fail grade (1) and can only be submitted again as a re-sit.
